Mochi Sweets.....

Mochi is a Japanese rice cake made of glutinous flour pounded into paste and moulded into shape. Mochi is a traditional food for the Japanese New Year and is commonly sold and eaten during that time and has now evolved into a prominent snack and dessert in Hawaii, South Korea, Taiwan, Cambodia, and Thailand eaten all year round.

Well...i was supposed to have some drinks with my friends and ended up here due to both of them had yet to have anything for dinner......i had mine so i asked them to go ahead and they chose this restaurant as their dinner destination.....its a nice and cosy environment......with fusion food.......
the lemon grass drink was nice....tasteless tho...which u need to add in ur own sugar....da lemongrass is frozen with the ice cube....

da wantan look big and juicy

tis wantan noodle is jus nice for those who doesnt want a heavy taste....


da fried kuay teow is fried with duck egg and with the prawn and mashed potato....

look simple....but trust me...they do taste good

chilled avocado puree with yam ice cream and home made black sesame beancurd...somethin different to try with ....

Pork Noodle...YuYi Coffee Shop

I was having a craving to some soupy stuff and promised my mom to bring her for her morning sunday marketing due to my dad is away outstation.....struggled to wake up early in the morning and brought her to loke yew wet market and then pudu wet market......after my mom finished with her weekly routine.....both of us ended up to the shop........it was managed by father and son.......well...its well known for the long waiting and seriously if you are not a patient person i would suggest this is not a place you would want to be......but to me ...the wait is really worth while .....yummy

Decided to have some teh-ping to quench thirst....
